What link do I use to view my website?
If you are using the free trial, you will have received an e-mail with your User ID, password and link to your website. Your link is: http://www.ewedding.com/sites/USERID (Replace 'USERID' with your User ID. You can also just login to your control panel and click the 'View website' link to launch your site and see your url.
If you have a paid account, your trial url will still function along with the custom domain name you chose at time of payment.

I don't need all the pages/features listed on my site.
You can turn off any pages or features you do not want on the 'Feature Control' page in your control panel. Just select the 'Disable' button beside pages you want to shut off, remember to hit 'Save' when you are finished or before leaving that page.

I forgot my ID or Password.
E-mail info@ewedding.com from the e-mail account used within your eWedding account. Also provide your name and id or password if you remember one.

Can I keep my site online longer than I first signed up for?
Yes. Once your website is within 3 weeks of expiring you will receive an e-mail notice as well as a notice in your control panel. Both will contain a link to the renewal options. If you would like to renew before this, just e-mail info@ewedding.com.

Can I use my own template or code with an eWedding theme?
Yes and No. You cannot edit any elements (images or colors) of eWedding themes other than the content you enter in your control panel. However, you can customize your content with simple html tags, more info is on the formatting faq.
